User Assessments By Topic About Acronis Backup

We have been using this solution only for a few months; I'm not sure about the improvements aspect because it has been a learning experience for me. However, I know that any time I've come across an issue with it, I put in something with support or do a chat session and they help me figure it out. A lot of the times, it was just something that I was doing wrong. Setting everything up has been fairly easy. In terms of monitoring it, most of the issues that I've had were on the user's side, for example for the restoring part, I was doing it the wrong way. However, once they walked through with me and showed me exactly how I needed to do it, then it worked perfectly. One thing that I haven't even talked to support about yet, is to see if they can do anything about the specific backup plans that I made a while back. I just edit them or modify them as I go. At some point, they may have had an error in the job itself and it continues to show, even when it has been successfully running for the last two months with no issues. In the 'Status' column for the backup plan, it still shows an 'error' or a 'warning', but if you go in and look, it was back in March that this last happened. I wish that this was a little bit different, that is, if it has been successful, that it would show in the “Updated” status instead of just showing a “History” status since the plan was created. Every time I open up and look in my backup I can see the 'last finished time' or the 'next start time' and all of that. It just always says 'error' so I'm just constantly worried and then, it seems to always just be pointing back to that old part, i.e., in the very beginning when it had the error, but everything was fine this time. If it would update itself every time that it runs successfully, then it should show an 'OK' status. That way, I would know for sure when I look at it that it's fine. Also, in the future, if it has an error then I would know that it's a new error.
