The external consultant team was helpful to an extent. But whenever we come across an issue with Acronis, they basically just say we need to upgrade to the supported version.

The solution's deployment is easy and very fast. Installing the solution on the client side doesn't take long if you have all the information you need, like your IP address. From scratch, it takes less than a day for a roll-up to the site, and that can include anything up to ten hosts.

We did the implementation ourselves without the help of any consultants or integrators.
