Adobe Connect is free of cost.

I am not aware of the licensing. It's not part of my scope of work. 

The purchasing process is complicated. It would be beneficial if it were more simplified.

The solution is quite expensive. 

In Brazil, Connect is only for obtaining international standards for international companies. If a company sees the price and the features for Zoom, Connect, and other platforms, while Connect is better than other platforms it's five times the price here.

This is a very broad question and depends on the scope of the implementation.

I was not involved in pricing and licensing of this or other like products, so I cannot comment on this.
