There were updates and fine-tuning several times per year, and when we had some ideas, we could tell them to ADP, and they would work on it. It was a very good program to work with.
I recommend ADP Streamline and rate it a nine out of ten.

I recommend that if you are willing to invest in a comprehensive tool, this one offers the most complete set of features. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

The product is not quite up to our expectations. It is better when you can see every country that you have regionally in the vendor system.
Most important criteria when selecting a vendor:
- Stability
- Support: It is crucial to support 24/7.
- Good SLAs, as payroll is a very crucial in a company, or else your employees won't get paid.
Know what you need and communicate that effectively to the vendor. As well, be prepared to fully test any product prior to implementation.
