ServiceNow has grown as a product. They provide specific products for different industries. ServiceNow’s service portal is customizable. The product’s out-of-the-box configuration is faster to implement. Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.

We are not using the latest version but we are planning to upgrade. We are looking forward to improvements in the reporting in the newest version.

This is a product that I recommend.

The only suggestion that I have for anybody who is implementing this solution is to buy the latest release because there are a lot of new features and enhancements.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
