Our customers for AppDynamics Mobile Real-User Monitoring are enterprises. If they have a critical mobile application, I think it's necessary to consider a monitoring tool. When your business relies on it, you need visibility into what's happening—peak hours, virtual access, performance, user experience, drop-off rates, conversion rate, and other relevant metrics.

Integrating AppDynamics Mobile Real-User Monitoring with existing mobile application infrastructure is generally straightforward, although there's room for improvement to make it even easier. I would rate it at nine out of ten in terms of ease of integration. However, sometimes, clients hesitate to interfere with their CI/CD pipelines.

I would say that if you have a good budget and want a good and interactive tool where you don't have to do a lot of integrations, then you can go ahead with AppDynamics Mobile Real-User Monitoring. If you are tight on budget, considering before buying it is important since the number of users who can use it depends on the licenses. It takes quite a lot to exchange the license and all regarding the tool.

I like the product's GUI since you don't have to put in much effort to see where exactly my process is broken, and you can easily see how many users are using it in real time. The product allows you to check the way it works. Providing alerts to users is really fast in the product, and you have multiple options to receive alerts, like email, mobile messages, or automated voice calls. I can't give the product a ten out of ten rating because if you are stuck somewhere, then getting support to assist you with configuration or with other situations can be a little tricky.

Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

The deployment model depends on the client and their desires. Some prefer a private cloud. Others use it as a service. 

I would easily rate the solution at a nine out of ten. I removed a point simply due to the fact that I don't know everything. For me, everything is really good. All the feedback from clients, all the examples we show at sales and pre-sales are great. 

For anybody who is looking into enhancing or improving their application code quality, I would definitely recommend this solution.

Whenever a user uses the device and does a transaction on his phone using some of the apps we want to know how much battery consumption it is taking. We want to understand those level of metrics.

I would definitely recommend this solution. The reason being that it gives more information than we generally need. Whenever we create automation or performance scripts and we want to understand where exactly the crash report is happening, this tool would give more information. Dynatrace is also another tool that gives more information.
