The search feature is useful, but it is also somewhat limited. In other ATS systems that I have used, you can really define your search well. You can enter multiple, different criteria for things that you are looking for. You can also enter how many years you need and enter a specific location. The Apploi solution doesn't offer those options.

Any good ATS systems should really, really improve their search features, your ability to see what candidates match certain criteria.

I think that that is really a key to any good applicant tracking system because that's what we're here for. We're trying to find our candidates and we're trying to get good candidates for the right jobs.

The search feature could improve and they need a more robust candidate page.

Sometimes candidate pages can have a lot of different information on there, and you have to dig through the notes for some of the information on Apploi. 

Making it a little bit more user-friendly and having more accessible information would be an improvement because when we're going through it, we just want to find all the information we need as quickly as possible.
