The search feature was really nice. You could type in a bunch of different queries and usually find a way to get the applicants that you're looking for. 

It seemed pretty straightforward and it's easy to use.

It integrates well with CRMs. I didn't use the CRM side of it that much, so I don't have as much experience on that end. From an applicant tracking system perspective, as long as you can search your candidates, search your jobs, and put notes in the system, that's really all you need.

It's a good standard-looking applicant tracking system.
