In our company, we are not using any DDoS solution, but our ISP provides us with NETSCOUT Arbor DDoS. Basically, we have been consuming the services of Arbor DDoS for the last four years. So, we are just the customers of the solution.

We then isolated that machine later on. We instantly blocked that port and signature file. Our SOC team works on the operations part.

The relationship with Arbor is quite old, however, from current organization per se it is around 5 years.
