The initial setup was straightforward for this solution. The setup time depends upon the complexity of the customer network and hardware dependencies. It takes about three to four hours to set up.

For the solution deployment, first, we need to check the predictive data for SQL Injection. Then the SQL server will be introduced to the IaaS. Using the installation kit provided by our company, we can run the commands. We can also set up and monitor the GUI. For the deployment of this solution, only one technical provider is needed.

The deployment process is a bit complex because no document is available. So we depend on YEM to confirm technical things. Also, if you need any new updates installed, we depend on YEM. The implementation takes an average of two days. Also, the time is based on the customer's requirements. For small customers, it may take two days. It will take a month for large customers with over ten thousand users.

Firstly, we understand the customer's requirements, like what they are looking for, and we gather that information. After that, we'll go for that implementation. First, we need to, like, go through the pre-sales stage, in which we try to understand their requirements and how they want to use the solution. Basically, we need to meet that scope of work initially.

Right now, in South India, I'm the only person taking care of the implementation.

It was not easy or difficult; it was in the middle. It is deployed in a hybrid environment. The setup process may be on the same level as CyberArk.

They need to simplify the implementation process. I've observed that sometimes the professional service is focused on the database, especially around log shipping, and it can be challenging.

I'm actively involved in the deployment process, but it's carried out by our professional service. Our plans are implemented through this service, acting as intermediaries between our clients and the professionals. The implementation typically takes around a month, but various issues, such as management, resources, and other challenges, may arise during the deployment.

One notable difficulty we face is the lack of exceptional resources for deploying the solution in our plans. Despite encountering challenges, our satisfaction with the professional service remains high. They are dedicated to implementing the solution effectively.

The initial setup was really simple but the database portion was a little more complicated and some of the features we had expected were not initially there. They were able to sort it out. Deployment was done in-house and expected to take two months but ended up taking four to five months until we were happy with it. It's a beautiful solution and we're much happier.

The initial setup is relatively easy. I would not say that it is overly easy or overly complex. However, the end-to-end implementation process is very complex. This is something that needs to be better.

The setup is quite simple. The only thing that is complex about the implementation is in terms of culture. Regarding the software setup, there's no problem. It's purely a standard software installation. Nothing outstanding about it.

The initial setup was very simple. There was only one server we had to setup. We needed to store all the passwords, and a secure database is used. There is a product center, so if production goes down, it will immediately switch, and our work will continue as is.

The initial set up of the Client installation on each and every server. This is a slightly critical thing, but we had to make sure everything was perfectly installed.

I cannot comment on the initial setup because it was done by our system admin team along with support from the ARCON team.

We recently upgraded. There were no issues during that implementation. Our own support team was readily available, on-site, to implement it.

The initial setup was straightforward. We had a team that helped us in deploying the solution. While deploying the solution, they planned the architecture and the information they would be needing. They provided that to us beforehand and, post-deployment, they arranged training for the team on two occasions.

It is not complicated; a very straightforward setup. Whenever they have to upgrade it, it is a 10 minute job. They upgrade the entire thing at one time. We have a two-tier architecture with a Gateway and a back-end application. Everything is deployed on the application, and the Gateway is only to connect to the end system.

It is not multiple servers. It is not jump server technology. It is a very easy setup. You can have two servers and run it at any point of time.

Implementation was very straightforward.

Implementation may take about half a day, then you have to create your environment. However, this depends upon how many resources that you need to configure through it. If you want to give access and resources to people, then you should have a clear plan for your implementation. For example, which groups should you give access to. These things take about half a day to implement. Then, configuration is about a day.

We handle every aspect of the solution, from deployment and troubleshooting all the way through to managing and accounting. I personally have an administrator-level certification so I know personally how to handle the implementation of the solution and how to work everything in the background.

Deployment takes a maximum of two hours. It's not a long process.

Initially, because it was a new product for us, it was a bit difficult for everybody to understand the product. But since we've been using it for quite a long time, even the new features, the new screens, that have been deployed in the latest versions, are very user-friendly. It's not that difficult for the users to understand.
