Overall, a good user experience and works well but is hard to set up

What is our primary use case?

I primarily use the solution for my own personal projects. It's a BAS - Breach and Attack Simulation.

Pros and Cons

  • "Overall, I've had a good experience with the product. It's worked well for me."
  • "The initial setup was quite difficult and took a long time."

What other advice do I have?

I'm just a customer and I personally use the product. I don't have a business relationship with the company. I use both cloud and on-premises deployments. Overall, I would rate the solution seven out of ten. I haven't worked with it that long, and I only really use it personally. I would need to take some time to really judge its effectiveness and to see if there is anything in terms of features that are lacking.
