The implementation and data integration with AWS takes time to get all the information set up in the tool. It can take up to two weeks. We had three people deploy and maintain the solution.

Since AWS Cost Management already comes bundled with AWS, there is no need to deploy it. We just need to enable it; nowadays, basic features are enabled automatically.

We have three people in my team, but there is a group of up to ten people who will have to deal with FinOps issues.

We implement in-house, however, we use tools like TeamCity.
