AWS Lambda Scalability
Scalability is an in-house feature of AWS Lambda, it can scale well.
My team in the company is using this solution. I do not know how many other teams in the company might be using it.
We plan to use the solution in the future because there is always a use case for it.
I rate the scalability of AWS Lambda a ten out of ten.
View full review »This solution is scalable. We have hundreds of thousands of users, so everything in Lambda gets used a little bit at a time in different parts of the process. We have plans to increase our usage in the future.

This solution can scale up to thousands of instances in a very short time without any delay. It is very fast.
View full review »My impression is that this solution is 100% scalable. The Lambda function is the most powerful product that the developer needs.
We have one Lambda used by 50 to 100 people, and then we have another Lambda method that could be used by thousands.

It is endlessly scalable. In terms of its users, Lambda is typically baked into the middle of an application somewhere. Our ad platform solution is a fully-automated IoT solution. So, there are no people involved. The whole thing is automated from end to end. So, sometimes people don't even come into the equation.
View full review »The solution can scale. We can add more users to it. We have ten to 15 people on the product right now. They are developers.

View full review »I rate the scalability an eight out of ten. We have more than 100 users.
View full review »The solution is scalable for users because it is serverless. You can provision IAM users and easily give them access.
We scaled a core from one million to ten millions runs with no issues.
View full review »We have five developers using Lambda.
View full review »This is a scalable solution. I would rate it an eight or nine. You can have 999 Lambda instances running at a particular second at one time. That is the default. It you need to scale above this, you can request for AWS to increase your capacity.

I didn't experience the scalability personally, only from my reading. Amazon takes care of the scalability. That's the right way. It's automatic and it's fully managed. That's one benefit of Lambda.
We have all kinds and sizes of resellers. There are large enterprises and small businesses. It's different. And some of them are product based, they are creating their own products. Some of them are consultant based. It's really different. Tech data is different vs. a business model.
The scalability is notably high, I would rate it nine out of ten. Approximately sixty percent of my clients are utilizing this approach. While I serve two major organizations, the majority of my clientele consists of small and medium-sized businesses.
The solution is scalable.

The product scales well. If a company needs to expand, it should be possible to do so.
We have more than 5,000 users on the solution currently.
View full review »AWS Lambda is scalable. There are some concurrency issues where threshold values play a role. We might end up making a request to increase those threshold values or the limit quota, but otherwise, it's pretty decent.

The scalability of AWS Lambda is good.
We have approximately 1.3 million users using the application that uses the solution. We have 10,000 to 20,000 new users added every month.

View full review »It is highly scalable. You can use any of the features I mentioned, and you can write a number of functions in one project. We already use around twenty-five functions in one project.
I would rate the scalability of this solution a 10, on a scale of one to 10, with one being not scalable and 10 being very scalable.
View full review »This solution has some limitations on scalability due to the problem with coordination between the different Lambdas. Is it not very straightforward and you have to do a lot of testing.

I would rate the scalability eight out of ten because we have certain limitations in terms of memory and size. I see it as a gradual shift of mindset rather than limitation, where AWS Lambda is trying to incorporate everything according to the industry standards, which is everything is domain-driven design and suppression of microservices. Some people even have issues with the User Interface (UI).

Its scalability is great. We write an encode function, and my cloud developer turns that into an AWS Lambda instance. We then write a decode function, and he turns it into another AWS Lambda instance. We just hook it up and use an API gateway for doing the security check, encryption, and other things.

I think there were no issues with the size of the application we used, so I didn't see any noticeable scaling issues with Lambda. It's overall a good service.

The solution is highly scalable and also very cost-efficient. You only pay for the time, the duration of time and that's in maybe seconds, microseconds. You pay very little until you have very large-scale users. It is ideal for startups who want to deploy applications on the cloud.
While internally only our developers really use the solution, the mobile application is used by thousands of users globally.
We do plan to increase usage and will be adding more functions to our application.

I have worked in many companies that have used this solution and some of them had a lot of users.
View full review »Lambda definitely is scalable and to a great extent because it does not require any kind of additional infrastructure for the clients. It just is just a lot less trouble to deploy. You can extend and auto-scale to any level. So, the scalability is very good.
Our clients are large-sized enterprise businesses so certainly the product can scale up to meet their needs.
I would not say it's scalable in terms of usage. As the demands increase it is scalable. But if the lambda need more time to process it's not scalable beyond 15 mts.

The solution scales very well. If a company needs to expand it, it can do so.
Its scalability is always based on how much software there is. It's actually virtually building out. The API can scale up automatically. And if the API calls go down, then the system slows in real-time.
All my clients are using the product. All the projects I push to my clients are on Lambda.
