I would recommend this solution to other people. If you have a simple Windows environment, BackupAssist is the way to go. It's simple, it works if your hardware is good quality. If it doesn't go down a lot, you won't ever have to worry about it. In the future I would like to see more support for Linux. We have some virtual machines that don't deploy because we won't be able to back them up consistently.
On a scale from one to ten, I would rate the solution a nine. I am very satisfied with the product.

We use the on-premises deployment model. We use BackupAssist as an add-on to the Windows Server Backup. This solution is sort-of a middle-range software between Veeam and VMware Backup Hypervisor.
My system is fairly small. I may not be using all of the features of the solution because my needs are small and limited. Currently, I'm implementing a system with two servers and clusters with 13 VMs across the two servers. It's a very good solution for smaller organizations. I'm unsure as to how it would work for larger more complex companies.
I'd rate the solution eight out of ten. It's a really simple, straightforward solution.
