It's a very stable product. The only challenge that I've had was when I did the last update on it, it stopped doing my backups. I deleted the current job and recreated it. It started working, but what I needed to do was just restart the services. I was in crisis mode.

BackupAssist is highly stable and is great at data recovery. I have had the unfortunate experience of needing to do some recovery with it and it worked well, I was very happy. 

I've had some stability issues because I'm using an older version, but on the whole, it's a very stable system. I have it running on a Hyper-V Server 2016 machine. I have checked and found that I've got like six months worth of backups that never failed on that machine.

The stability of the solution is good. We haven't encountered any issues in the time we have used it.
