This is a scalable solution and has supported additional users as our company has grown.

Every software becomes slower the more information you put into it. Our company has 300 people, but only about six use it regularly.

View full review »Yes, there have been scalability issues. If anything, this is what we are facing now. Some areas are great for scaling, but others, like workforce planning and more advanced reporting, are not available at this time.
When we reach more than 750 employees, we might need to look at an alternative solution unless BambooHR improves.
