This is a scalable solution and has supported additional users as our company has grown. 

The tool’s scalability is quite good. I have no problems with it. Since it is a cloud-based product, we can add as many users as we want. Around 300 people use the product in our organization.

The scalability of BambooHR is good.

Every software becomes slower the more information you put into it. Our company has 300 people, but only about six use it regularly.
