I have used Barkley's technical support and it is helpful but there's a bit of a delay in the response time. Because we are in Australia and they're in America, there's a time zone difference makes it difficult to correspond. Because they have set working hours at their corporate headquarters and they do not have 24/7 support, they're a bit difficult to communicate with if you are in a different geographic location.
