The problem we found was with the issue of configuration. Our engineers are working with some other brands, they have knowledge of other brands. It's a little bit complex in terms of handling. If you implement a change, there is a specific point where you have to commit it. It's not like you just push a button and it's always committed. The usability for the administrator's experience needs improvement. My system administrator has some questions about its overall connectivity and flexibility. I would like to see UI improvements in the next release. View full review »

The unit seems to be handling our 150MB pipe okay, but logger refresh leaves a bit to be desired. A rule for email announcements, when configured hits occur, would be a great improvement for a more efficient experience. View full review »
