I act as a deployer, configuring the solution based on our customers' needs, whether they are big or small companies and whether they prefer on-premises or cloud deployment.

The deployment takes a couple of days. This application requires precise configuration to protect specific parts of a company's web application. Therefore, it typically takes me two or three days to deploy and fine-tune the solution before it's up and running.

We also handle the maintenance of the solution. We are a team of five technicians who work with the help desk. We do the first contact for the Italian customers. They call me, asking me, and then I escalate it to the Barracuda IT support in case.

I am an integrator and the implementation was done by myself with the help of my technicians and colleagues that are certified in different technologies.

The deployment took around three months to deploy and we used a third party.

Barracuda Web Application Firewall was implemented by a support engineer from my organization.

We implemented this solution through an in-house team. 

We implement the solution for customers. 

We implement the product with the help of a reseller.

We didn't use a vendor for implementation. I just used standard documentation from their resources and it was enough to roll out this appliance in our infrastructure. It's very easy. I didn't request them, because the documents provided by their site was enough to roll out this product by ourselves without additional help.

We had the support of the partner for the implementation, which helped iron out any difficulties.

We need a minimum of three to four people to do the implementation and maintenance of the solution.

We are system integrators. We can handle implementations.

I used my own team for the implementation. 

We had a partner who did the installation.
