I wasn't involved in the initial deployment; I came in later in the development process.

The solution requires periodic maintenance; we check that the database is healthy, and so on. This is carried out by about three staff members, a DVA, a QA, and a developer.

Our whole company has access to Bizagi. We integrate it with Active Directory, so they use the same login and password to log in to Bizagi.

With the advanced option, it's really hard to control, because developers have to build a package before the deployment. There are many more options to deploy, but you have to dedicate a lot more work to it. All the controls and versioning have to be done by developers.

Other than just a space check and IT infrastructure, Bizagi doesn't require much maintenance.

I know that we have one specialist in Bizagi, and they handle any maintenance issues on our behalf. That said, he's not working full-time with Bizagi either. It's probably 25-30% of his allotted time.
