Bizagi Scalability
Bizagi is scalable, though it also depends on the quality of the infrastructure. Many records require a robust database, and Azure is a good choice.

Scalability is a big advantage of Bizagi. It can be scaled. With the cloud version, they have to provide the infrastructure to scale our processes. When it was on-premises, the company had the responsibility to expand the infrastructure. In some cases, they didn't have the money, and it became difficult to operate.
Currently, we have three developers and two users to check that everything is okay with the process deployments. In total, we have five people.

The solution is highly scalable because it's free to download and use. It's also very straightforward to use, so a broad spectrum of people can interact with it.

Its scalability is low. It is good for a startup, but when you need something more complex, this solution is not good. We have up to 50 users.
View full review »I don't have much to comment on the scalability as we use it as a standalone. We currently have about twenty to thirty people working on this solution locally who are a part of the design management team in addition to some consultants.
View full review »I rate the tool’s scalability a five out of ten. I was the only person using the solution in my organization. I used it daily to complete everyday work tasks.

Neil Simpson
Founder/Principal at InnoVelocity
InnoVelocity has experience with enterprise-wide on-premise implementations of Bizagi and noted that the solution scales appropriately, so long as sufficient server resources are allocated and the correct configuration is applied. Bizagi is ending support for on-premise installations and moving all present and future customers to cloud, which runs on Azure.
We have ten users of the solution in our organization.

I've never tried to scale the solution, so it's hard to gauge how well it would perform. For now, for how we use it, it's fine. We don't plan on increasing usage yet.
Currently, 12 to 13 people use it within our organization.

We haven't really had any issues with scaling. It's absolutely doable.
While our enterprise version has maybe 20 users, on the free version, we have somewhere between 250-300 people.

Bizagi's scalability is good, but there are questions about how they will price it based on number of users. You don't know what it will cost with the number of users. It varies.
