It's stable for limited transactions. If you're processing more than 10 GB of data, BizTalk Server will take a lot of time. It can process one file of 1 GB of data in 4.5 hours. 

It's easy to process 2,000 files with less than 3 MB or 5 MB of data. If you process ten 1GB files, it will take more than two days.

BizTalk Server is quite stable. I have not experienced any crashes or anything that would prevent operations.

I rate the tool's stability a nine out of ten.

If you know what you are doing, it can be running years without having to be rebooted. It's a stable product. I have less experience with the relatively new Logic Apps, but because it's being handled as a platform in the Cloud, and it might be less stable, I'm guessing some customers might be having problems. However, in Luxembourg, we have systems which are being booted something like once a year, and it's not a problem.
