It works really well with systems like SAP. There is no latency in the product. It also works as a cloud-based CoE. It can be used for orchestration and deciphering documents. The tool is very easy to use. It is a low-code and no-code solution. It reduces the code development time by a month. It is a very productive and powerful tool.

Everybody in the organization can utilize Blue Prism Cloud. For the process of automation of any solution, I can share it easily or run it on the cloud. I can deploy it in the bot machine easily while also having to see the status of the product's automation process. With the bot, I can easily manage or monitor from that cloud. If I have to stop something from the cloud or if I have to stop, run, rerun it, or give any updates, I can do it easily from the cloud from anywhere.

The primary focus lies in integrating the three major cloud platforms with Blue Prism Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and GCP. This integration goes beyond security measures for the primary template policies. It also includes addressing compliance requirements. For instance, I can incorporate specific compliance templates and policies generated in Blue Prism and integrate them with local templates for ISO 27001 and GDPR, particularly concerning software tools and headsets. This integration eliminates the need for auditing and reviewing technical details individually. Instead, I can simply examine the container report. This approach proves beneficial when clients heavily rely on container environments.

What I like best about Blue Prism Cloud is that it's secure, robust, and has 24 x 7 support available.

I also find the solution quick and intelligent, and you can easily activate things on it. The execution of processes and automation is good in Blue Prism Cloud.

I love that even a non-coder can easily use the solution.

Blue Prism offers the whole package for LPR developers. It's a useful tool to automate anything. As an LPR developer, I think the most important feature is that it lets you get anything into blocks of code that you can use anywhere.

The corporate leverage is better with Blue Prism. Blue Prism just presents better in a large corporation. It's easier to sell suits and ties than it is sneakers and jeans in financial institutions. That's not really about the application per se; it's the perception.

I've considered other options because of how Blue Prism's product and its acquisition by ACM have shaped its direction. Blue Prism seems to be moving into a more confined space and may not be as open as UiPath.

In UiPath, the ecosystem just feels a lot broader, and there's a lot more innovation and commercial models.

With Blue Prism, everyone wants to charge for everything, whereas in UiPath, you know, the community guard. There's a lot of really good stuff and useful stuff coming out of the community guard that are solving problems because they need to be solved, not necessarily because there's a business model or a commercial model sitting behind it.

Blue Prism is definitely more about the seats and tires, whereas UiPath is for the sneakers and jeans guys.

Blue Prism is well known for being used in banking and security organizations. Its security is superior compared to UiPath and other RPA tools. It is the best solution for financial services. For pharma or other domains, I prefer UiPath but it does depend on specific use cases.

The tool saves us from repetitive and mundane tasks. We don’t have to write, record or copy data from Excel. The product helps us save time. We save money as well since people doing this task are on various other automation tasks. The chance for repetitive entries is also reduced because the tool helps us make one-time entries.

The most valuable feature is the ability to write custom code. This makes it more helpful than Automation Anywhere or other RPA tools.

The control room is good.

In the latest update, the Google Sheets automation works well. In the prior five versions, this was not user-friendly and did not work well.

The visualizations for different automations are good.

With Blue Prism, I like the feature that you build, I don't know the exact name now, but blocks or standards can be reduced later.

You configure, for example, the CRM system, and you create a standardized manner of inputting data into the CRM system that you can reuse later. I'm not sure what that's called, but I enjoy it whether it's a feature or not.

The configuration of it is good.

In terms of functionality, I believe Blue Prism, has a partner portal that allows integration with various technologies, I believe they are on the right track. There are no concerns there.

Blue Prism Cloud is a well-structured product that ensures its users have a solution and a server with everything on an on-premises model. After you install Blue Prism Cloud, you have a server, especially after everything gets started. In general, you have the product more structurally. Though a certain amount of development is possible in Blue Prism Cloud, only some normal programming can be carried out.

The reusability of the solution is excellent. It's a superior feature - far superior to any other tool on the market.

The ease of use is excellent. You don't need to be a technical person to use it. You don't need to have a programming background. If you compare it with other tools they would require you to have a basic understanding of at least one programming language. That's not required here. If you are good at algorithms, if you can write flow charts, you can run this tool easily.

The solution has the best documentation on the market. It makes it super-easy to install and operate.

Last year that Blue Prism introduced a community version, and have really opened up their services. It's been really great for the company.

Over the last six or seven months, there have been a lot of new developments on the product.

It is very secure if you are going for complex implementations. I've not done it, but in terms of our feasibility studies and POCs, I find Blue Prism more secure than others, even Automation Anywhere and UiPath. I've not studied that area, however, Blue Prism seems more secure if you go for very complex areas.

I have not had much direct feedback from clients about what they find the most valuable in Blue Prism. I guess I would say probably the additional functionality over and above Blue Prism Enterprise and the fact that it is cloud-based are things that would attract them to the product. Additionally, it will be secure on secured cloud servers. There is a lot less to worry about.
