What is most valuable?

I'd say, the reliability and ease of use are the most valuable features. You can get going in no time.

How has it helped my organization?

What needs improvement?

When using LogMeIn, you need a separate chat window. Also, you cannot talk when the other party is able to see your laptop, or vice versa. When you're really trying to communicate, you're better off actually typing, "Hey, don't do that." "Go... more»

What do you think of TeamViewer?

Valuable Features: Cross platform compatibility File exchange Remote control • Improvements to My Organization: Saves travel time.  Wide support of platforms allows for a single solution. • Room for Improvement: Full integration of computer's user account system.  Be able to login using the local computer's credentials rather than setting up a unique Teamviewer account/password. Multiple session support.   Be able to login into the same computer but have multiple sessions for each user. Concurrent login. Speed

How has it helped my organization?

We are able to quickly and easily get clients connected to our triage techs which allows us to resolve issues much more quickly, and with little stress, to an already disrupted client.

What needs improvement?

Support to remotely control more mobile devices' screens is desperately needed. It is sad to see how long this product has been out and how many phones are still not supported for, specifically, remote screen control.
