BeyondTrust Remote Support Pricing
It is pretty pricey. It is not cheap. The licensing structure is not cheap. The tool is not cheap, but in the long run, it is well worth it. It is probably one of the best on the market because it is just so easy to use and easy to deploy. It gave us the ability to see what everybody was doing. It held people accountable. It gave us the accountability that we needed.
I can't remember the latest price, but I know that when we originally started, it was about 20 grand or 25 grand. I can't remember what we ended up with at the end of the day, but it was pretty pricey.

Ask a lot of questions. It is not the most cost effective solution on the market. We believe for the money, it is worth what you pay.

It is expensive. Performance-wise, it is pretty good, but we're less happy with the cost.
Its licensing is on a yearly basis. It is also on a per-technician basis. A certain number of concurrent technicians can log in and access all the features.

The solution is subscription-based and depends on the number of admin users.
Previously, the solution's pricing was based on the number of assets.
Pricing is comparable to One Identity but is too high.

The licensing is concurrent and we spend about $10,000. It's my understanding that there aren't any extra costs beyond just the straight licensing.
View full review »I would like to order more licenses. This would allow us to support more end users concurrently.
I also would have picked an internal team member who was going to stay on the team for more time. Shortly after we went live, we had a change of staff and lost the main implementer.
View full review »Their pricing is a little bit high but it's negotiable depending on the type of client. It is approximately R6,000 per year for a user. I would rate the pricing a four out of five.
The cost currently according to the client is a bit high for them.

View full review »Bomgar has a very fair pricing structure.
View full review »Pricing is reasonable for what the service is offering. If it is looked at from a purely remote control perspective then it might appear expensive, but it is the wider functionality that should be considered too.

I don't know what licensing costs are but I believe it's on par with other solutions when we did compare that. It may be a little more if you have many concurrent sessions needed.

BeyondTrust Remote Support is a very expensive product.
The product maintenance and licensing costs are on the higher end, so I would carefully review how many licenses you need. The concurrent license model is helpful in this manner.
View full review »We really like that the cost of ownership is way cheaper than LogMeIn or some of the others. It is a higher price up front but it is much cheaper over the long run. It is based on how many techs are using it at one time and not how many techs are in the system.
If you have users that don’t use it much, you may not want a license for them. You can consider one or two licenses for a department.

It is an expensive product, although it is secure and of high quality.
