We didn't use a different RPA solution apart from BotFarm. We stuck to it because of its pricing and the level of commitment and training that we received from Automation Anywhere.

We have three RPA solutions that we are using. We also use UiPath and Blue Prism.

I used to use UiPath, Kofax and Blue Prism. Automation Anywhere is great for people who are not very "techie". For example, the code can easily be read and understood, line by line, by anyone with or without a technical background.

Automation Anywhere provides and facilitates cloud service, which means you can access your license from anywhere, easily executing and developing your bots from anywhere in the world.  

Any RPA tool provides the commands to automate any process, but what is the difference between them? How can you understand a new product? Automation Anywhere provides a very flexible UI. It allows you to easily read and build code.

In terms of RPA, I have experience with both Automation Anywhere and UiPath.

We previously used another solution but it was not a fully automated process solution. It required a lot of manual intervention.

As consultants, we also work with Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. We work with a variety of different products, depending on the client.

I prefer Automation Anywhere to UiPath. 

We use Pega solutions.

We use both Automation Anywhere and UiPath. We began working with Automation Anyway but for some clients, we use UiPath.

One of the advantages of Automation Anywhere is that the Bot Insight feature is built-in. It is very useful. With UiPath, it is a separate install and it is tricky to play around with, compared to Automation Anywhere, where it is very easy.

I have seen that bots run faster in Automation Anywhere than they do in UiPath.

UiPath is less expensive than Automation Anywhere.

I have been familiar with RPA for four or five years and BotFarm represents a big step forward. Other companies are running basic RPA, whereas, with this solution, you can move towards digitalized management instead of working with a single bot.

We didn't use a different solution. This is the first evaluation we did and we decided to go with it.
