Sales Creatio Valuable Features

I like that Sales Creatio is low-code. I'm not a programmer and I'm not a developer, but I can create my own flows and my own marketing processes. We do that a lot. Being able to do basic things is what I like about this solution.

Guess who said: "No, no, no, no, no. Nobody touches that. I'll do that"? I was the one creating some of the processes. I am able to follow through the whole process because it's low-code and sometimes no-code. That's something that we like.

Lead qualification is fantastic. Project management is a must. Again, each of those four characteristics that we like are directly associated with the fact that it doesn't require our team to develop code, though we can do that if you want. We can integrate back to our ERP. We can integrate it to a number of things, e.g. platforms and APIs, but what's cool is I can do most of it without asking for their help, unlike with Infor CRM.

All these characteristics that we like are directly associated with the fact that we can work on the platform as a low-code and no-code.

The most valuable features are the platform's agility and how quickly it can be modified to meet the workflows of any organization. That translates to a faster time to market and time to value. 

Creatio doesn't take as long to implement as other CRMs out there, and you don't need as heavy a consulting staff for that implementation and those modifications. So, time to value is one of the big pluses for the platform.

With Sales Creatio, you can have a customer service review, and it is GDPR compliant. Sales Creatio is one of the few solutions that can be hosted on-premises and on the cloud.

The main valuable feature is the flexibility and the customization of the platform. There's not a single CRM out there, at least that I've used, that is quite as flexible as Creatio CRM. More specifically, Creatio sales in this case scenario. On top of the features, it's also the pricing because, if you look at some of the other companies even bigger than Creatio, they're charging at least 10 times what Creatio is charging.
