I have experience with other solutions in the market. My company basically moved from a legacy product to a SaaS solution, which is Studio Creatio.

We had a homegrown solution that was really old and could not perform for the size of a company we are. It was time to find a new solution.

Previously, we did not use another solution.

We previously used Bizagi. The difference is mostly the pre-configured front end of the Creatio. With Studio Creatio you are working in a frontend or in the customer's frontend and it's more user-friendly. With Bizagi you have to build the whole frontend, and it's not an appealing user experience in terms of look and feel.
