I give the stability an eight out of ten. We have experienced some stability issues in some devices for a few minutes and it was resolved with the help of technical support rebooting one of the servers.

Overall, I think the stability is good. It is a tried and true product. I think they are the leader in this category of products. Part of it is the price. The other part of the reason they are leading is because of the performance. We have had some issues with the connectivity, which is a stability problem, but it is not generally an issue.  

There are some issues with BrowserStack's stability when sessions just shut down for no obvious reason.

The solution is very stable and reliable. There are no bugs or glitches.

There have been complaints about the stability of a test versus a BrowserStack, but no real proof of that, so it may be too early to rate the stability since we just started using the solution.
