What do you think of CA CEM?

Valuable Features It provides a powerful network analysis both with individual transactions and general network performance. • Improvements to My Organization We've found that it really helps managers in measuring application SLAs and viewing historical performance data. • Room for Improvement We've had lots of hardware issues with the MPMs. It's difficult to segregate the metrics coming from the integration. • Use of Solution I've used it for 18 months. • Deployment Issues We haven't had issues with the deployment. • Stability Issues Some appliances which supply data to CEM have never been fully functional. • Scalability Issues We've had no issues scaling it for our needs. • Customer Service and Technical Support In our experience, technical support...

What is CA CEM?

CA Customer Experience Manager (CA CEM) is a product within the Application Performance Management solution that measures web application performance for each individual customer. CA CEM measures the performance and quality of customer transactions, identifies defects and variance, and quantifies the impact on customers and the business. CA CEM lets you monitor real user activities -- including login, account update, or purchase transactions -- at the business service level. By proactively detecting trends in degraded customer transaction response times and providing various actionable reports, CA CEM lets you act before problems occur or SLAs are out of compliance. These capabilities enable both your business managers and IT staff to understand and resolve performance problems before end users call for support.
