Technical support is good, when they get back to you. I usually have to use Google, though. Not because they don't help, but because sometimes we have to meet deadlines and don't have the time to wait for them to get back to us. Sometimes they do respond to us quickly, but at other times we need support right away and we don't have that. I think this is an area that they need to improve. They should offer higher priority support to their bigger customers. View full review »
