What do you think of Control-M?

Valuable Features: Job scheduling in general Self-service Workload archiving • Improvements to My Organization: We rely on Control-M in our production environment. The automated notification in a case of an error has helped us a lot in reducing downtime and erasing errors. • Room for Improvement: Support for Z/OS output. • Use of Solution: The company has used Control-M since the late 90s. • Deployment Issues: I did not encounter any issues with deployment. • Stability Issues: The GUI had some problems in the early stages, but those seemed to have been solved. • Scalability Issues: I did not encounter any issues with scalability. • Customer Service and Technical Support: Customer Service: I would give customer service a rating of 8/10. The SSH agent is missing in version 12.1. Maybe it would be a good addition to see on the web client of the next version of Atomic.

I will give it an eight out of 10, because no product is as good as a 10. There is room for improvement for Automic, but I am pleased to use it.
