Mobile solutions should be added to Check Point because business email is also used by users on mobile devices. And that solution, I cannot process by Check Point Firewalls.

There could be an extension of the trial period to 60 days. We felt that utilities and functionalities are numerous and can only be tested fully with the extension of the trial period.

It needs more and more robust features around spam restriction and stoppage of malware entry. It can be facilitated so that 100% efficiency can be achieved.

There should be more and more inclusion of technical inputs and feedback from customers and business users. These should be regularly received and introduced so that we can stay relevant.

Like any technological tool, it must always be at the forefront of the competition and this tool must make improvements in the accuracy of spam detection since it sometimes generates false messages. The ease of use with the user interface could be better as it is very static. A more current interface, on the other hand, could improve performance, and reduce possible latency.

It should also improve integration with other security products on the market since this will make it much easier to have a fairly hybrid environment.

Check Point Anti-Spam and Email Security Software Blade must make some improvements in its software. Check Point must also improve in some administrative parts and support.

In the software, they should improve:

  • False positives to help prevent blocking of legitimate emails.
  • An easy interface. Right now, the UI is hard to navigate or understand.
  • AI-based threat detection could be enhanced to improve security.

Prices must be improved since it is not within the reach of many companies. They must also improve technical support, which is not very efficient in resolving cases.

Since we're a big company, we're very diverse; we have employees from different parts of the world who speak numerous languages. We've seen more false positives on those emails containing data in languages other than English. Some suspicious links went through, and some harmless emails that definitely weren't threatening were blocked. There's definitely room for improvement when it comes to adapting to different languages in one environment. We're tried separate gateways management also and had to do a workaround as it would work as expected.

The set security tools can be easily incorporated with existing servers to save time and cost of developing reliable security infrastructure. I have experienced efficient performance from this product with powerful anti-spam and email IPS protection tools.

The technical team could improve services by ensuring when there are changes they inform enterprise users of effective upgrades.

Poor network infrastructure and insufficient filters leak information that is not secure sometimes.

The product features have been doing good, and I like the customer support responses when contacted.

The high-end protection of email servers from any advanced foreign agents and malware is not 100% there currently. They could improve on technically sound features to ensure complete and all-around protection of email servers from potential ransomware and unauthorized endpoints.

The software should be made more mature and scalable so that it becomes a one size fits all kind of software for all organizations and businesses. It should be scalable for all kinds of changing environments.

In my book, more and more customized integrations could be made available so that different kinds of mail servers and cloud servers can be internally integrated for real-time system flow and security enablement.

A selection of customized servers should be made available on tariffs for shorter duration - for a renewal of tariffs for three months and so. Also, the renewal of the agreement can be made smoother for effortless continuation with vendors

Customized server security can also be accustomed to different pricing options so that all kinds of organizations can come forward and try the services without hesitation or price constraint.

I strongly suggest they incorporate and offer more customized features that will enhance efficiency to improve outcomes. Also, they need to offer customizable features for email protection from multiple ends.

Recognizing spammers and spam email sourcing is extremely lagging these days, and the performance could be improved to provide better efficiency.

It is extremely easy to understand, even for non-technical users. It is easy to manage and integrate well with all kinds of portals and dashboards so that a secure environment can always be attained.

More and more customized security features on a low-cost model should be incorporated to enhance the affordability and acceptability of the security solution in the market.

It is one of the most cost-effective and affordable solutions, yet needs a few customsations and quick security scanning features. It should not take much time and can create a strengthened and secure ecosystem for all of us.

The scanning rate of potential threat points and endpoints should be made faster and more accurate.

Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security is a highly organized tool with many benefits. However, they should upgrade support services and make a more user-friendly database. That would help with higher integration and adoption.

Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security software as a platform will catch the eyes of large organizations and MNCs as security concerns have risen significantly in recent years.

For the few years that I have been using Check Point, they have always presented new updates and tries to stay ahead with their tools making them more interactive with the user and not so complicated. They are always at the forefront with new features. It meets and covers all the necessary fields to protect an organization and must be at the forefront as hackers are always one step ahead. They need to continue to make the tool more robust to protect users from new threats.

A major area for improvement is within some of the heavily discounted software blade add-ons on top of the current Next Generation Threat Prevention and SandBlast and Next Generation Threat Prevention offerings.

I would like this solution to be more integrated into other applications that Check Point has so that it could be managed quickly and safely from the Infinity Portal, thus being even more cloud-based in its management. Among the things that I would also like would be an application for cell phones where you can manage this type of event, if required, be it Android or iOS. It would thus be more disruptive by taking advantage of market demands and ensuring protection.

Our solution required multiple appliances, as a single appliance only supports up to 5,000 files. This means that depending upon the number of files that need to be processed, the number of appliances needs to be increased. Essentially, the number of appliances needs to be sized accordingly for complete protection. The increase in the number of appliances makes it difficult to manage in terms of physical connectivity and configuration.

The product performs only basic anti-spam capabilities, compared to CloudGuard SaaS, which provides more robust anti-spamming functionality than the on-premises solution.

YARA rules can be added only using the CLI, rather than through the GUI, which makes it difficult for the administrator.

In terms of anti-spam and email, the pattern that they use to filter the emails could be improved. There are too many normal emails being considered spam. There should be an option to learn the different patterns specific to the organization where it is being deployed.

I don't have any kind of point to improve because that's working well from my understanding and from my experience.

I can say that the solution's price level is a problematic area that needs to be considered for improvement. Prices could be cheaper.

Support is really an area that needs to be improved, as they currently take a very long time to resolve cases, which is not acceptable.

The support language is only English. They could expand other languages to expand more easily and help the client in a better way.

Regarding cost management, they are only accessible through a partner. This makes it more difficult to find pricing and do budgeting.

In terms of the ease of documentation, sometimes it is a bit difficult to find the correct information about the product.

From my perspective, a possible improvement for the solution would be to be able to implement artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to improve the accuracy of detecting spam and malicious emails that are constantly arriving. This would allow us a better adapt to new techniques. New analysis techniques on spam, phishing, or viruses would give us greater security by establishing standards and real-time analysis using AI.

The anti-spam features could be upgraded to be able to detect unnoticeable spam.

When it comes to languages, they can be updated to cater to all communities.

The software blade is working well, and most of the time we achieve our goals. Blocking suspicious emails has been a great achievement due to increased online threats. Before the deployment of this product, we had lost useful information to scammers. However, we are now sorted.

The set features are working well. That said, they have to be updated on time to cater to new security demands that arise daily.

Usage and access to Check Point Anti-Spam and Email Security Software Blade are highly limited to professionals. However, there has been a bit more dependency in recent months, and one thing which annoys me with the Check Point Anti-Spam and Email Security Software Blade is its customer support portal which still lags in service even after so many developments.

Dealing with unnecessary ads running in the background is an area that Check Point Anti-Spam and Email Security Software Blade need to work on for mass adoption.

I think that the pricing for the Check Point products should be reconsidered, as we found it to be quite expensive to purchase and to maintain. Maintenance requires that the licenses and the support services be prolonged regularly.

Alternatively, they should create some additional bundles of the software blades with significant discounts in addition to the current Next Generation Threat Prevention & SandBlast (NGTX) and Next Generation Threat Prevention (NGTP) offers.

We have also had several support cases opened for software issues, but none of them were connected with the Check Point Anti-Spam and Email Security Software Blade.

The manageability using this console is complex and it should be a little more user-friendly. If you don't have a good understanding of putting the policies in place then sometimes it is tough to manage from the console. A more intuitive GUI would make it easier to manage.

The user should be able to perform a real-time search of the objects and see the messages. As it is now, when we create an object, sometimes you find out at a later stage that the object already exists. If I could simply type an object into the search bar and find out whether it exists by seeing it in a dropdown then it would save me time.

Determining areas for improvement is not a question that can be answered simply.

We should separate the antispam engine into two parts; the first that breaks down mass spam, and the second for refinement.

It would be good to dedicate a separate core, at least for the first phase, so that it does not take away resources from the system. The ideal approach would be to enrich the product with more functions, however, this would likely also lead to an increase in cost.

It would be useful to have more logs and in aggregate mode, perhaps through a specific report, that can be more easily used for troubleshooting.

The tool is modernized by Check Point Harmony anti-spam. They can also modernize the tool through their blade.

At the Check Point support level, it has a great slope since the support language is only in English. Service hours are sometimes difficult to find an agent in Latin American hours, so a support case may take longer to resolve than expected.

The cost is high when putting through Check Point Blade in your Gateway.

The documentation is not so easy to validate. Some new users in the Check Point environment have a hard time. Therefore, the guides should be more intuitive.

What I would like to see in the future are new features that can be implemented in this solution. Many would love to have this solution and be able to manage it from any device, including native applications or applications that can be installed on devices such as Android or iOS. We'd like to gradually adopt portability and teleworking capabilities so users can really be anywhere with administrators able to help and give value to our users inside or outside the organization.
