Good support, feature-rich, and works well from a technical perspective

What is our primary use case?

We are a system integrator and we are currently working on a project with a client who is using this solution. It is used for private cloud or data center virtualization.

Pros and Cons

  • "Cisco has a good technical support team."
  • "It would be helpful to have better information on how to implement this product."

What other advice do I have?

Overall, from a technical perspective, this product is good, but it could be improved with respect to pricing. It is also difficult to implement. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

Scalable with a straightforward setup and good management capabilities

What is our primary use case?

We primarily use the solution for our organization's local security.

Pros and Cons

  • "The management aspect of the solution is its most valuable feature. Software-defined issues have been good for us. It makes the management process easy."
  • "The stability of the solution could be improved."

What other advice do I have?

Our organization is a Cisco partner. We're using one of the more recent versions of the solution, but not the latest one. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten. If it had better stability I would have given it better marks.
