We're an IT consulting company and we have our own engineers to deploy the solution. We provide IT services to the other companies in our country as well.

We have in-house engineers that did all the configurations. In some circumstances, we had open tech cases and received help from tech engineers at Cisco.

I received help from a consultant.

We are implementors. We can set up the solution for clients. 

The deployment was done by, a Cisco system integrator.

We have a total staff of approximately 30 people who manage the entire network, including 15 people in the headquarters and the remaining 15 spread across the regions.

We received technical assistance from the solution's distributors and resellers.

Due to the sanctions on our country, we can't get outside help directly from Cisco. We need to handle the implementation ourselves.

The initial setup was done by my internet service provider because they did not want anyone to tamper with their configuration.

The implementation partner starts with the base configuration, and then they draw on our internet team to work with them.

Eventually, it falls under our team management.

In most cases, I handle the implementation myself. However, in some cases, we used system integrators due to the nature of the contract involved.

We have about 10 engineers in our in-house team who take care of deployment and maintenance.

Some of our customers have their engineers who can implement this solution, so they don't use a reseller or integrator. However, in most situations, resellers and integrators are hired to implement this solution.

We have some customers who implement the solution themselves. In some cases, we assist in its deployment.

The deployment didn't trouble us much. Our in-house IT team of two or three engineers handled it, and it took us about a week. We prepared in advance, and we implemented the configuration once the equipment was acquired. I think it might take two weeks to deploy on a large network.

We are using consultants to assist us with our deployment and they are very qualified to do this setup.

I can implement the router by myself, however, sometimes I request more experienced support for the setup.

We have Cisco agents that do the deployment of the solution and the install can take a maximum of a few days. We have a team of 20 for maintenance. 

We use one technician that can manage approximately 10 routers.

One can handle the installation on his own. 

A technical team is not required.

We have an in-house team of four or five people who deploy and maintain our products, including this one.

We perform the deployment and configuration of this solution for most of our customers. Many of them are not educated in Cisco technology. There are some customers who can handle it, but they still consult with us for advice.

My team implemented it. The number of people you need to implement and maintain the solution depends on the project. For example, we can preload the router and add a file. But we still need someone like an engineer to plug or unplug the server. Typically, it takes about one or two people to do it.
