I don't particularly like the product. The decision to go with Cisco was made by the company. Now they made an expensive investment so they feel we have to keep this equipment.

We don't necessarily give a lot of interest to the various aspects of the solution as Cisco has dedicated devices for a bunch of features. That said, routing is in the running.

They are the best in failover switches. Their product line is excellent.

I feel free with Cisco's operation system (IOS), and specifically, it's CLI. The power of Cisco is it's software and OS, not just their hardware. Their end product is very stable, straightforward, and scalable. However, it takes time and energy for a beginner to be able to administer the CLI.

In itself, Cisco is a reliable product and does not require any major changes. We have utilized Cisco for around 15 years, and in that time, there has hardly been any incident to my knowledge that a router suddenly became faulty, or started to malfunction. Cisco is an excellent and very comprehensive product, and we have no issues with that.

The solution is very stable. I have not seen any downtime due to the product freezing or anything like that. It performs well and hasn't required reboots unless it's to troubleshoot with a support service provider needing configuration. It doesn't overheat and it's on 24/7.

The Cisco routers are very stable.

We can use these routers for multiple links, so in terms of scalability, it's a plus for us.

Cisco has one of the best products in terms of routing because of the protocols in which they provide.

Most of the hardware is very stable.

In the 3750 model, the best feature is the stacking. My customer needed that because they wanted high-availability between the firewall and the end-users.

The most valuable feature is the Cisco DNA (Digital Network Architecture).

We achieve good performance in our data center. We are connected to the other locations via remote lines and the capacity is lower than what is supported by the equipment. Clearly, the equipment is good.

The most valuable features are that it is more secure and easy to operate.

It handles several requests well. Overall it is very good and there are not many available in the market.

Accountability, reliability, and support are very good.

The VPN is the most valuable feature of this solution. The basic clients who don't use the VPN use it mostly for connectivity.

I've never had a client come to me with a problem with this solution.

The best part is that once you set up Cisco routers, you just leave them alone. You don't have to do much unless you have to change the configuration. We hardly have issues with Cisco equipment and I believe that reliability is the best part of Cisco.
