The solution has been stable. Most issues have been external, like carrier problems or network issues, not related to the Meraki environment itself. Overall, the Meraki environment is pretty reliable.

Cisco Meraki Systems Manager is stable, and I rate it an eight out of ten. 

Cisco Meraki is simple and robust. But sometimes, the internet connection in Indonesia is not stable. Meraki shows you have disconnected from the internet. This is only for 30 seconds or one minute, and then I get an email from the system that the connection has been lost. I do not know how to change the setup, so I keep getting this message from the Meraki system.
