The server itself isn't costly at all, but the CPU and the RAM can be pretty expensive. You can buy a UCS for $2,000, but the RAM and CPU can cost up to $80,000. The most expensive asset is the intel processor, but it depends on how many cores you want and the technology you want to use on your CPU, like Hyper-V, etc.

For Yemen, generally, some manufacturers can't apply the same discounts they give to other countries due to the war and the economic situation. Yet we need more discounts. 

Cisco is expensive but has many more features, integrations, and support. Other brands are relatively cheap, but post-sales support is very decent.

Only Intersight licensing is required.

Licensing fees are paid on a yearly basis, which is only $2,000 or $3,000. It's not too expensive. The Intersight licensing adds value, which the customer takes advantage of.

Best to buy all the blades configured for the same purposes of load balancing and failover or load shifting.

I would advise to be very careful regarding the pricing especially if they don't buy complete or all included bundles. If they plan to expand their infrastructure in periods, then simply Cisco is not a good choice.

This solution is a little expensive.
