Provides support for help/service desk to be knowledgeable about all eGov infrastructure and their users and technicians. • Improvements to My Organization Regarding the extension of the country and most of the sites out of the capital city, we need to have support in order to access the system or to execute some transactions. This reduces cost and time. • Valuable Features VoIP: We can share this knowledge between technicians, which helps make decisions between managers. • Room for Improvement Regarding to the older version we use, we need some improvements on chat, smartphones, video conference, call recording capabilities, etc. • Use of Solution More than five years.
