The user layer feature aims to enhance the user experience in VDI environments, but we've encountered difficulties implementing it effectively. Additionally, HTML5 support is crucial to allow users to access their applications via web browsers without requiring the Workspace app.

Overall, I would rate Citrix ADM a nine out of ten for its robust features and performance despite minor issues with specific functionalities.

We have services on Citrix Cloud as well as the on-premise environment. I do not see any job vacancies or job postings related to Citrix ADM recently, as opposed to one or one and a half years ago.

There is an issue regarding the cost associated with Citrix ADM and the users who use it. The user experience and the content we are delivering make a huge difference. Serverless computing is already on the way. I do not see much future for Citrix ADM. Citrix might be deploying cloud connectors, but I don’t see much difference.

I would definitely suggest Citrix ADM to people. The end users are not much affected by Citrix ADM. My organization is in partnership with Citrix ADM. I rate Citrix ADM an eight out of ten.

I would recommend those planning to use the solution, especially if they use or have ADCs or NetScalers in their environment. There are a lot of people who don't use the solution when they should.

There's still a lot of scope for growth and many features that can be added to the solution. Also, I'm unfamiliar with some of the features, so I can't speak on all of them now. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

I would advise others to first do the assessment of the requirement. Based on the requirements and assessment, you can evaluate the product to see whether your requirements are getting fulfilled or not. Based on that only, you should go for a solution, but I'm sure if you adopt this, you will find it to be a very good solution.

By working with Citrix ADM, I have learned how to work in a mixed and seamless environment while accepting the challenge of providing seamless connectivity in a secure manner to all business users.

It's important to know about other Citrix solutions, it improves the experience. Citrix improves the Virtual Apps and Desktop interface in Citrix Cloud. There are two ways to visualize or take action with the data. I think they are well on the way to being the right solution. It's very viable, they're doing a good job.
