They should invest in training their tech support team to enhance customer service. Previously, we've encountered issues with communication, so it's crucial to address this through training.

Citrix ADM needs to improve its additional features and reduce the communication ports. It should be directly integrated with the hybrid cloud environment. Currently, we use Windows Connect Now. If Citrix ADM collaborates with Microsoft Azure, we can directly deploy from AWS or the Azure console.

I would like to add serverless computing to Citrix ADM. For example, if we separate Citrix Cloud Connector, the legacy environment is still required. We need different servers for Citrix hosts, VDA, Delivery Controller, and StoreFront.

All these components can be combined into a larger single server unit. So, instead of getting ten servers for the same configuration, we can get a single server for two or three configurations. Reducing the number of servers will definitely reduce the cost.

We need to buy or rent servers to use Citrix as a product. From a customer’s perspective, even if Citrix does not reduce its cost, these improvements can help us reduce our expenses.

They need to make the solution a little more familiar with easy study guides, learning videos, etc. Learning content out there is very minimal. They need to bring in more Youtube videos, channels, white papers, etc., along with other Citrix certs.

Some features of Citrix ADM are available on the cloud, which could really be helpful if they were available on an on-premise version. At the moment, I can't explain it in detail since I don't utilize the Microapps or StyleBooks in the solution, even though both are available in the cloud version. However, they are not available in the on-premise version. So, I use the on-premise version.

When a new version comes out, sometimes, my existing configuration gets wiped out. They should work on this so that my existing configuration doesn't get impacted with an upgrade to a newer version.

There could also reduce frequent firmware upgrade activities and have a stable version so that once we upgrade it, we don't have to upgrade it for two to three years.

The tool's pricing is a pain point since we have many cheaper alternatives.

The process itself could be improved by making it more flexible because it has become really complicated to deploy. Implementing the application delivery mechanism model system has become more difficult over time and more complicated to handle.

I would like to see a simplification of initials.

I think the interface could be better. I think some customers struggle with that. I mean, the learning curve takes a little longer than in other solutions so I think the interface and maybe training could be improved.

I'd like to see another licensing model that could complement or be similar to licensing models of other networking solutions. It adds flexibility for the customer.
