What is most valuable?

The security of the solution is a good feature.

What needs improvement?

I believe there are some performance issues with the solution. Citrix believes this is because of the application but I'm not sure that's the case. I would like to see them include VGI, recording features in the next release.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The cost of the solution is okay but if you require anything extra they charge for it. It might be additional security or a recording feature. Each one of these means an additional charge.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate this solution a seven out of 10.
