This is a stable solution. Our company uses Citrix because it is stable, and it is the primary product for virtualization.

We have not seen any outages or anything as such.

The solution is rock solid. The only problem I ever had with stability on any consistent basis was replacing certificates on a yearly or semi-yearly basis. Otherwise, it is great and extremely reliable.
