We are using it at hospitals, and it allows very quick log-ons/offs. Cards can be used to tap on and off, which is very efficient, and it allows people to move around the hospital with ease.

The product is highly stable and very robust. Most importantly, we can rely on it. It's plug-and-play and we don't have to worry about it. Once you have your infrastructure set up, it just runs. They also have an emphasis on good management.

Our applications are now online 24/7 so availability has improved. We've also enhanced our security. Citrix has helped us reach customers in a timely manner and our applications can be accessed via the web. The ability to order and make payments online has streamlined our business operations and enabled us to reach a wider range of customers. It's also helped us improve customer service and improve revenue generation.

Since XenServer was the chosen platform from the start of our virtualization implementation, the improvements have been significant. Such improvements include the overall reduction of physical hardware, more efficient use and allocation of hardware resources, recovery points, storage utilization (when combined with dedupe), functional delivery of role based servers, and overall server management.
