Maintenance mainly involves updating the system for security patches, and while NetScaler is an expensive device, its reliability justifies the cost.

The overall deployment typically takes around one week. During the process, we replicate the existing configuration onto the NetScaler. We set up a virtual load balancing gateway, operating in one-arm mode, connected to a switch. In this setup, incoming requests reach the switch, which then directs them to the load balancer. The load balancer performs the necessary load balancing and forwards the requests to the switch. From there, based on the layer to condition, the switch routes the requests to the appropriate node.

Local vendors are also available for the solution's deployment.

We have 10 network engineers that do the configuration and maintenance of Citrix ADC.

The solution's implementation process was carried out with the help of a reseller.

We handled it internally, though it took time to finalize and analyze. We didn't use third-party integrators. 

The initial setup is usually done by our team. We would usually reach out to the vendor for support in the case of a bug or something like that.

We have a good team of ten people in India, and we are expanding our partnerships all over the world. We have even received orders from the USA. We are focusing more and more on the interaction market and are not looking to hire any consultants or other sources. Our company is the SI (system Integrator) for the product.

We did the implementation of Citrix ADC in-house because we have the Citrix consultancy services for our customers. They utilize our services on-premise, and in-house. However, typically, the end-user customers, for private/public cloud,  have to have some deep technical knowledge. It's not for every IT person to implement. That's why the consulting team is needed to implement these kinds of solutions because they're very sensitive and high critical position in terms of application firewall, et cetera.

We have one person who handles the support of our Citrix ADC. For our customers, we use one person for their support.

I have a consultant who handles the deployment of this solution for me.

We had a vendor who was experienced in deploying this solution. After the POC, it was easy for us to deploy this solution. We have less than 20 engineers to maintain this solution.

We have our own competency pool for this appliance. Though we have direct support services from Citrix.

We implement this solution for our clients. We use a template based approach, so normally it can be deployed in a fraction of minutes. One person is sufficient for the deployment and maintenance of this product.
