We have an annual license.

If you previously used a different solution, which one did you use and why did you switch?

We used Barracuda. We switched from Barracuda because Citrix offered better features and scalability.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend to other people to implement this product. Use Citrix Netscaler. It is 100%. Otherwise, I would give only a five or six out of 10 for the product.

We also evaluated F5 and Barracuda WAF.

What is our primary use case?

We use the solution for the control of application delivery.

What is most valuable?

All of the features are quite valuable, including the node balancing and gateway.

What needs improvement?

The VPN needs to be improved. In comparison to Cisco, the solution doesn't have as many features. Technical support needs improvement.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using the solution for ten years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is very stable. If I were to rate it out of ten, I would give stability a nine.

Scalability is okay. Out of ten, I would rate it at seven.
