From an administrative perspective, we could link the Active Directory elements of our server infrastructure with an add-in so that if we wanted to create new accounts, it would be done automatically. The solution would query the Active Directory, and if new accounts were identified, Citrix ShareFile would add them automatically. For instance, instead of having to manually add each user who wanted to use the solution, that part of the process was automated.

It's user-friendly for end users. We don't train them much.

You have it for browsers, mobile applications, and as an Outlook plugin where normally users send and receive the data through email, et cetera. You have all kinds of features.

Simultaneously it is also very secure. You can have the multifactor authentication, and you can get the logs on the security level to know who's sending what data. It’s a good feature for tracking and security purposes.

The security is the most valuable feature as well as the fact that you can access your data from anywhere. Data can be sent through Outlook if you install the plugin. The solution is also fully encrypted so nobody can break through it. It's easy to manage and you can integrate your file server regardless of which cloud it's hosted on. It's fully secure, enables downloading of anything, regardless of size, and operates at a very high speed. Finally, if you're working on your data and the internet goes down, you can continue working. Once the internet is restored, the controller automatically syncs. FileShare provides good performance.

ShareFile gives you all of the features of cloud providers, but in an on-premises solution. Therefore, you can securely share files externally without storing your data in the cloud.

It's a very good product.

Citrix has a very good file auditing features and security features.

There are several valuable features offered by Citrix such as:

• The security file auditing features;
• The granularity of the security;
  
• It's very easy to use;
• It's easy to deploy;
• It has enterprise security features, including many add-ons. For example, OneDrive, G Drive, and Dropbox;
• You have visibility to see who has accessed the data;

The security features are the best.
