It's not complex to set up. We just create a cloud account and add the necessary computers to the cloud agent. That's it. At that point, you are up and running. It's all very fast. One piece might take about ten minutes to deploy. 

I'd rate the ease of setup five out of five. 

We haven't faced much maintenance since implementing the solution. Any maintenance would be based on the customer's requirements. We have five engineers in-house that can handle deployment and maintenance tasks. 

The initial setup needs an improvement. Customers are facing issues with the product. We deployed the solution to 70-80 users within three to four days.

The product's setup is simple. The deployment can be completed in just two minutes since we only need to install the agent on the machine. 

The setup is very simple. For the initial setup, you should have at least 4 GB RAM memory and Core i5. You should have a good, updated operating system and a Chrome browser.

I rate the initial setup a ten out of ten, but we have experts who know how to do these sorts of things, so it's not a challenge for us.

Our IT security people set up new computers, put them on servers, and then it goes out the door. We have one role that maintains, watches, and administers it. We also have other people who can administer it. Our head of security takes care of these kinds of tools.

I believe the solution can be deployed easily. I haven't had any complaints from our team. I rate the ease of setup a six or six and a half out of ten.
