Find out in this report how the two Virtual Meetings solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."It is SIP compliant to multiple SIP phone vendors, though it is not locked into a proprietary vendor."
"Easy management console access through web browsers with a good interface to Outlook and multiple CRM systems."
"The integration between the video and voice is the most valuable solution."
"We have not had any bugs or glitches, the solution is stable."
"3CX has strong reporting and management features. You can manage the capabilities of a call center with queues and timers. It's a complete solution."
"3CX is easy to use. It's pretty a much regular PBX system. It is quite easy to configure aspects of it, and it has a good soft client."
"Mobility features and remote extensions work well."
"The most valuable features of 3CX Live Chat are the ability to go straight to a call or screen-sharing and creating multiple channels from the same chat widget effectively. The ability to raise a call straight out to the cloud is fantastic, it is really useful. Additionally, it integrates very well with WordPress."
"I like the seamless integration to local telecommunications."
"We like the tools our administrator can use to identify which calls had quality issues and why. This makes troubleshooting our user experience somewhat easier."
"It's a good and stable product that fits my needs."
"The product helps me make international calls."
"The solution is easy to use and includes the ability to text message, video and voice chat, and transfer files."
"The solution is stable and scalable."
"I like the fact that it opens up your video conferencing, and, in many cases, the audio at the same time."
"The most valuable feature is how useful it has been for virtual meetings during the pandemic."
"I need a robust provider who can help me use Live Chat. Unfortunately, I have to move from one provider to another because they don't have enough capabilities to maintain good service."
"3CX Live Chat could improve by having better integration with other solutions because we had multiple calls in which information was not extracted correctly. We had to modify their names, and some other data needed to be sorted out for a better understanding of the calls."
"Reporting and integration are the main challenges, which are at the mid-level or in the enterprise depending on the system that we choose."
"There are a lot of quality of life things that could be improved. When adding extensions, you need to use the extension import setting, you can't just use an import function to update extensions. You have to delete and recreate the extension, which can have all kinds of unintended consequences."
"3CX Live Chat could improve by being more customizable. There should be more skinning options for the appearance of the solution when we embed it onto a website. This would allow us to make it look more like part of our solution, rather than a third-party application."
"You cannot make a group call on 3CX. That feature would make my life easier because I could talk to two suppliers or a supplier and management together. I wouldn't need to end the call and call another person."
"Its features for scheduling and generating reports need improvement."
"Some customers want to integrate a CRM solution with 3CX, but it's not compatible."
"The solution should improve the chat and add more flexibility to make a call."
"There are some issues with stability during phone calls. Sometimes the connectivity drops, and it is frustrating."
"Microsoft Teams, as I see it now, is more useful than Skype for Business."
"There might be some invitation issues with Skype for Business."
"The ease of configuration or the lack of decent tooling to pinpoint your problems is probably its biggest issue."
"I am not familiar with all of the features or whether they can hold conferences because we use Zoom for that. But, in my opinion, if they can do something similar to what Zoom is doing, it will be a complete solution."
"The solution lacks to provide reporting functionality, and I would like to see the solution provide that feature."
"It would be ideal if the solution could make instant messages more permanent. Currently, if you close the conversation, you lose the instant messages that you shared during the meeting. If those could last beyond the meeting, that would be a great addition, due to the fact that frequently, people give each other key details, important information, or email addresses, etc., during the meeting. If you don't write it down during the meeting, after the meeting closes, it's gone forever. That can be quite frustrating."
