Whenever they identified bugs, they would promptly provide us with patches.""Very user-friendly and the QSA is very good."

"The initial setup was straightforward. It was very easy. Deployment only took about one hour with configuration and everything considered.""I don't have any major problems with the agent connectivity with Microsoft applications or Microsoft Azure.""It is easy to deploy.""User-friendly data backup and protection solution for a Windows environment. The Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows is very scalable, stable, and has good compatibility and integration.""The initial setup, if it is error-free, is very simple.""This is a reliable system that supports Veeam backup and recovery for Windows.""It is a stable solution.""Veeam is very user-friendly and intuitive software."

Cons
"Lacks the option to price backup costs within the solution itself.""While the product does support various databases, the company needs to make more of an effort to support N-minus-one compatibility.""The initial setup is complex.""The solution doesn't support AIX software or in-cloud, and we have a lot of servers running on AIX and Oracle.""Areas that need improvement would be the support for recovery in the physical environment."

More Actifio Cons →

"Maybe in the future, they could do something better with the user interface and the performance, but so far it's a really good, efficient solution.""It is not always easy to update this solution to the newer version, so the update process needs to be improved.""I can't think of anything that may be missing.""Interface could possibly be improved.""Updating and configuration can sometimes be a little bit of a hassel, but once you know the product better it is easy to use.""The predictability of the solution needs improvement. Sometimes, if it's doing something at the back end, it may go slow. Today, the backup completion took four hours, but sometimes it can do the backup in 30 minutes or an hour. With solutions like NetBackup, I can predict to a much higher degree of certainty how long something will take to complete.""The solution could use some updates to minor details omitted from current reporting.""There isn't really anything I would like to improve. Maybe the solution could be more secure."

    • Cloud Repository (Veeam Cloud Connect)
    • Backup Repository (Veeam Backup Server)
